1. Returns

You have 5 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition are not eligible for a return.

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.

2.2. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at mynuskha01@gmail.com.

3. Exchanges

3.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at mynuskha01@gmail.com or +91-9828047270 with your order details and reason for the exchange.

4. Shipping Returns

4.1. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4.2. Lost or Damaged Returns
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
